Tut: How to make Papers in PSP

Written with PSP 9 but should work with X-X4
Plugin used MuRa’s Meister Copies
First thing we are going to do is to open a new image with transparent background. For my papers I always do 900 by 900. Then we are going to open a second new image, but this one is going to be a lot smaller. I usually do 100 by 100, or 200 by 200.
You are going to go to the first image, and flood fill it with whatever color you want. Now move over to the other new image and select whatever brush, or preset shape you want to use.  Be sure to select another color from your palette, and make a shape. I am using a flower shape right now.

Select a new shape or brush and maybe a new color, make a new raster layer so you can move it around if you need to or want to. Repeat this step until you have as many shapes, brushes or even words that you want. Merge all layers.
Copy the layer then paste it on your first image in a new layer.
Now go up to effects and select MuRa’s Copies.
Select Tiling.
Now you shouldn’t have to mess with anything, but sometimes the tiling is a little too close and you might want to adjust the tile gap. But this is what the end result should look like.
Thanks for following my tut on how to make this kind of paper. The paper I made for this tut is PU only and not for CU at all. This tut has been written by me on 1-8-13, any similarities to any other tuts are purely coincidental and unintentional.
